Hat, omega, furring and solar-strut lines are different machines that share a hat-shaped section. Structural hat/sigma purlin duty is not a light-gauge furring mill. Named builds stay labeled.
Pipe mills in this catalogue: HF ERW 254 (φ88.9–254, 3–8 mm), HG76 wiki vs 114 push-square, lockform (15 kW×2, 25 m/min), ZP-S40 laser recipe, punch+laser square. Downpipe RFM is rainwater. Each mill family is quoted separately.
SIP (OSB + foam platen press) is not a continuous metal sandwich line. No SIP press cycle or kW is in this catalogue. Metal-skin insulation panels route to PU or EPS/rock-wool sandwich pages.
3 m on an RFQ may mean a 3 m press brake, a 3 m shear, 3 m outfeed tables, or a 3 m cut length. It is not a mill class. Named 3 m brake ≤2 mm; dual-layer 8 m stacker is a different length.
Hydraulic on a purlin line is usually three systems: mandrel expand, pre-punch, and cut. They are not the main mill drive. Named C, CZ and CUZ packs keep punch kW and host kW apart.
Barrel / horizontal-arc corrugated is a change-gear host with Ø500 rolls, not a K-span and not a roof-tile mill. Named: Al 2 mm / GI 1 mm, 22 kW ×2, 10–15 pcs/min. Embosser stays off this page.
A triple-layer roof mill is three profile stacks on one frame. Thickness, speed and power stay with that drawing. Dual-layer builds such as 18.5 kW HS40 keep their own two-deck ratings.
A leaf-guard cover is punched then formed as a lid, not as an open gutter. Named line: 0.4–0.5 mm PPGI, 55 t punch, 13 stations, 7.5 kW, 240 V/60 Hz. Mesh notch dies are a kit.
Arch roofing is four different machines: on-site K-span, large-span arch beam, shop corrugated with post-form bend, and a motor curver beside standing seam. Speeds for flat, arch and seam stay separate.
