    Barrel Corrugated Roof Sheet Machines

    21August 19, 2026
    Barrel / horizontal-arc corrugated is a change-gear host with Ø500 rolls, not a K-span and not a roof-tile mill. Named: Al 2 mm / GI 1 mm, 22 kW ×2, 10–15 pcs/min. Embosser stays off this page.

    1. Barrel vs sinusoidal sheet vs K-span

Barrel corrugated (horizontal arc) is a deep, vaulted corrugation used as a roof sheet. It is not an 18-stand shallow sinusoidal mill with a post-form bend, and it is not a MIC240 K-span that sews a beamless hall. The named host uses two large roll pairs and a change-gear layout so one machine can run two profiles.

    2. Named change-gear host

    ItemProcess-library specification
    MaterialAluminium 1050 H24 2 mm; GI 1 mm; feed ≤1200 mm; length 6000 mm
    Rolls2 pairs (4 pcs); Ø500 mm; 45#; 6 m long
    DriveGear; 22 kW ×2; 380 V/50 Hz/3φ
Rate10–15 pcs/min (pieces, not mill metres per minute)
    OutfeedReceive table rated 800 kg

Aluminium 2 mm and GI 1 mm are two material windows on the same host — two recipes, not one mixed 1–2 mm coil. Ø500 here is the barrel roll. A thick emboss line uses a different roll pair.

    3. Companion machines that stay off the page

The same family excludes a companion embosser Ø410×1600 plus a 13-roll leveler — those numbers stay on the emboss encyclopedia. Corrugated/arc roof sheet (18 stands, 7.5 kW, 0–20 m/min, 0.2–0.8 mm) is a different quotation. Arch-beam Ø110 last-stand and K-span 914→610 are different jobs again.

    4. Piece rate, not m/min

    1. Barrel profile drawing and which of the two change-gear profiles
    2. Al 2 mm vs GI 1 mm (or both)
    3. Sheet length (6000 mm on that spec)
    4. Whether emboss/leveler crates are in the same order

    5. Buyer FAQ

Is 22 kW ×2 the same as the solar-strut 22 kW?

No. Strut is a 24-pass Φ70 mill. Barrel is two 22 kW gear motors on Ø500 rolls.

    Can I convert 10–15 pcs/min to 15 m/min?

No. Piece rate depends on 6 m length and handling. There is no published mill metres-per-minute for this host.

Will this host sew a K-span shell?

    No. No on-site curve-and-seam sequence.

22 kW ×2, Ø500, Al 2 mm / GI 1 mm are that barrel quotation. A companion Ø410×1600 embosser is a separate station.
