Enterprise Verification Guide

Prerequisite: You must complete Buyer Registration before starting Enterprise Verification.

What Is Enterprise Verification?

Enterprise Verification is the process of confirming your company's legal status on ZTRFM. It is a prerequisite for certain platform features and signals to suppliers that you are a legitimate business entity, not an individual browser.

Verified enterprise buyers unlock:

• Eligibility to apply for "Buy Now, Pay Later" account period management
• Team collaboration tools — assign permissions by role for procurement management
• Approval workflows for Purchase Orders and RFQs
• Real-time procurement data tracking across your organization

How to Verify

1. Log in to your account and go to Member Center.
2. Find the "Verification" menu and select "Enterprise Verification."
3. Enter your company information: legal company name, tax identification number, and registered address.
4. Upload your business license (must be clear, with all text legible).
5. Submit for review.

Review Timeline

The platform reviews verification submissions within 2–3 business days. You can check the status under the "Verification" menu in Member Center. You will receive a notification when the review is complete.

Common Reasons for Rejection

• Business license image is blurry or incomplete — all four corners must be visible and text must be readable
• Company name does not match the registered account holder name
• Business license has expired or is not the latest version
• Tax ID number is incorrect or does not match the business license

If your submission is rejected, you will see the specific reason in Member Center. Correct the issue and resubmit. There is no limit on resubmission attempts.

After Verification

Once approved, your account displays a "Verified Enterprise" status. You can then apply for "Buy Now, Pay Later" credit terms (subject to credit assessment) and set up team member accounts with role-based permissions.
