Start Selling on ZTRFM

ZTRFM is a B2B sourcing platform focused specifically on roll forming and metal processing equipment. If you manufacture cold roll forming machines, coil processing lines, metal profiles, rolls, or related equipment, this guide walks you through getting set up and making your first sale.

Step 1: Register Your Enterprise Account

Before you can sell, you need an enterprise account on ZTRFM. The process is straightforward:

1. Go to zt-rfm.com and click "Register" in the top right corner.
2. Select "Enterprise Registration" and agree to the User Agreement.
3. Enter your company name, tax ID, and registered address, then upload your business license.
4. Provide a mobile number for verification and set your password.

Enterprise accounts require backend review before login access is granted. The review typically takes 24 hours. You will receive a notification once your account is approved. For detailed steps, see the Enterprise Registration Guide.

Step 2: Complete Supplier Onboarding

Once your enterprise account is active, log in and go to Supplier Center to begin the onboarding process. You will need to submit:

• Contact person details (name, phone number)
• Legal representative information (name, ID card copies)
• Store information (English store name, address, bank details)
• Company information (full legal name, tax ID, business license with official seal)

After submitting, the platform reviews your application — usually within 24 hours. If anything is missing or needs correction, you will receive specific feedback. See the Store Entry Process Guide for the complete checklist.

Step 3: List Your Products

With your store approved, you can start listing equipment. ZTRFM is built for industrial machinery, so buyers expect detailed technical specifications.

For each product listing, include:

• Product name and category (roll former, decoiler, shear, slitting line, etc.)
• Technical specifications — material thickness range, forming speed, number of stations, power requirements, voltage
• Clear photos of the machine and sample output profiles
• Production lead time and MOQ (minimum order quantity)
• Price or "contact for quote" depending on your pricing strategy

Use the bulk import tool if you have a large product catalog. Product templates are available for common machinery types to speed up the listing process.

Step 4: Respond to RFQs

Buyers on ZTRFM can post RFQs (Request for Quotation) describing what they need. As a supplier, you will see RFQs relevant to your product categories. You can respond with a quotation, technical questions, or a proposal.

A practical tip: suppliers who respond within a few hours tend to win more orders. Buyers are often comparing multiple suppliers, and a quick, technically informed response stands out.

Step 5: Manage Orders and Fulfillment

When a buyer places an order, you will receive a notification in Supplier Center. From there you can:

• Confirm the order and production timeline
• Arrange shipping and update logistics tracking
• Manage invoices and payment records
• Handle after-sales service and returns if needed

ZTRFM supports both standard orders and RFQ-based orders. For custom equipment, the RFQ process lets you negotiate specifications and pricing before the buyer commits.

Step 6: Build Your Reputation

After each completed order, buyers can leave a review and rating. Consistently good reviews improve your search ranking and buyer trust. You can also request a Factory Audit to get an "Audited Supplier" badge, which signals to buyers that your production capacity and quality systems have been independently verified.

Basic supplier accounts are free. This includes product listings, RFQ responses, and standard search visibility. Premium membership tiers are available with additional features such as priority search placement, enhanced storefront customization, and expanded RFQ access.
