Buyer Registration Guide

Registering as a buyer on ZTRFM is free and takes about 2 minutes. Once registered, you can post RFQs, browse supplier storefronts, and place orders for roll forming equipment and metal processing machinery.

Before You Start

If you are outside Mainland China, we recommend registering with an email address rather than a phone number. Email registration avoids SMS verification issues with international numbers and makes account recovery easier.

Registration Steps

1. Go to zt-rfm.com and click "Register" in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Choose your registration type: "Individual Registration" for personal accounts, or "Enterprise Registration" for company accounts. Enterprise registration requires additional company documentation but unlocks features like team procurement management and credit terms.
3. Tick the box to agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, then click "Next."
4. Enter your email address (or mobile number) and set a password.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone.
6. Complete any remaining profile fields and click "Submit."

For individual registrations, your account is active immediately after verification. For enterprise registrations, the platform reviews your company documents — this typically takes 24 hours. You will receive a notification once approved.

Logging In

After registration is complete, log in using your email or phone number and password. If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it via email or SMS.

Next Step: Enterprise Verification

After registering, we strongly recommend completing Enterprise Verification. Verification confirms your company's legal status and unlocks key platform features:

• "Buy Now, Pay Later" credit terms — Qualified buyers can apply for account period management to optimize cash flow.
• Team procurement management — Assign permissions by role so your team can collaborate on purchase orders and RFQs.
• Approval workflows — Share PO and RFQ information in real-time and track procurement data across your organization.

FAQ

Can I change my registration type later?
If you registered as an individual, you can complete Enterprise Verification later to upgrade to an enterprise account with full features.

Is registration free?
Yes. Buyer registration is completely free, including posting RFQs and browsing suppliers.

I did not receive my verification code.
