FrameCAD is software, not a machine. Steelwise exports member data to LGS roll forming lines only when the controller accepts that format.
Automatic C80-300 and C/Z interchange purlin mills are separate quotation tiers. C80-300: ~15 kW, ~14 stands. CZ schemes (Chinese / EN / Quickly) each carry their own speed and thickness band.
828 and 950 glazed tile lines each have their own rolls and motor list. Named builds: 828 ~3+5.5 kW / 11 stands; 950 ~5.5+5.5 kW / 13 stands. Ridge cap and triple-layer roof are separate machines.
Floor deck (composite / metal deck) lines form named cover widths such as 609–914 and closed decks such as YX51-200-600. Dual-layer and HS decks are separate host classes. Not roofing trapezoidal or glazed-tile mills.
Ceiling C47, high-speed C furs, hat furr and omega (Ω63 / Ω100) sit in the light-gauge ceiling keel family. Structural hat/sigma PEB is a different fork. Each named build keeps its own ratings.
Warehouse rack upright and beam lines are different machines. Upright option1/option2/Bangladesh/supermarket each have their own speed and kW. Box/closing beam is two stages, not one motor.
312 ridge-cap line: passive decoiler, ~8–12 m/min, main ~3 kW, ~11 rollers, ø60. Ridge-punch is a separate line. Glazed tile speeds and multi-out ridge quotes without full specifications need their own quotation.
Two-wave (W2) and three-wave (Thrie / W3) highway guardrail mills are separate quotations. Speeds and host kW stay tied to each quotation. Thickness follows the project drawings. Not fence panel or punch-only aux.
Cable trough / cable bridge lines form 100–600 class channels with pre-cut or post-cut punch. Host kW conflicts across EN, U and YX quotations — each keeps its own figure. Perforated tray and ladder tray are different machines.
What a metal embossing machine is, how dual-roll coil lines differ from stand-alone heads and roof mills, where patterned sheet is used, and how to specify thickness, width and exit.
