Straightening on ZTRFM files is usually a station on a forming or CTL line, not a standalone bar straightener mill. U-stud, square-tube, special-section and heavy CTL each name their own straightener. A dedicated tube-straightener kW is not published here.
A folder bends blanks. A roll former profiles coil continuously. 8 m CNC folder (~7.5/8 kW, ~125°) is not a roof mill. 3 m press brake ≤2 mm is a third crate.
Shear on a roll-forming line is stop-cut, flying/tracking, guillotine, pedal, or a leveling-shear cell. Named 3.8 kW flying, 4×4000 guillotine 7.5 kW, and 15-roll leveling-shear stay labeled.
Frame-making here is light-gauge steel: villa LGS, high-speed stud/track, U-stud. Not a hot I-beam mill. Named MF-2500T, 4+16 stud line, and U-stud hosts stay labeled.
Barrel / horizontal-arc corrugated is a change-gear host with Ø500 rolls, not a K-span and not a roof-tile mill. Named: Al 2 mm / GI 1 mm, 22 kW ×2, 10–15 pcs/min. Embosser stays off this page.
A triple-layer roof mill is three profile stacks on one frame. Thickness, speed and power stay with that drawing. Dual-layer builds such as 18.5 kW HS40 keep their own two-deck ratings.
K-style gutters are usually roll-formed on a rain-gutter mill. A CNC folder folds long flashings and custom troughs from blanks. Folder kilowatts and mill metres-per-minute stay on their own machines.
A gutter elbow search usually wants a downpipe pipe-bender (~2.2 kW, ~90°), not the eaves-trough mill. Necking/reducer pair is a third quotation. The 2.2 kW figure is the bender, not the mill main motor.
Arch roofing is four different machines: on-site K-span, large-span arch beam, shop corrugated with post-form bend, and a motor curver beside standing seam. Speeds for flat, arch and seam stay separate.
A lock roof is a panel mill plus, on mechanical seam, a seamer and clips. Snap-lock and mechanical lock are different packages. KR18, slide, and the 0.8–1.2 mm wiki host each keep their own ratings.
