    A gutter elbow search usually wants a downpipe pipe-bender (~2.2 kW, ~90°), not the eaves-trough mill. Necking/reducer pair is a third quotation. The 2.2 kW figure is the bender, not the mill main motor.

    1. The trough mill is not the elbow

    Buyers type gutter elbow machine when they need a 90°-class offset from the eaves outlet into a vertical downpipe. That part is made from a formed pipe, not from the open trough. Half-round, rain/K-style, and box gutter hosts stay on the gutter-type wiki. This page is the auxiliary after the pipe is cut.

    2. Documented pipe bender

    Downpipe FAQs (YX144, YX76, English down-take) quote an optional pipe bender / elbow unit at about 2.2 kW, maximum bend about 90°. It is commonly co-quoted, not assumed in every host price.

    Host numbers stay on the host: YX class about 8–10 m/min, main about 4 kW; English down-take about 10 m/min, main about 5.5 vs 7.5 kW as two figures on those FAQs. Those mains stay as written; they are not replaced with 2.2 kW, and they are not added into one unlabeled line total.

    3. Necking / flare is a different crate

    A process-library downpipe reducer pair is necking machine ×1 plus flare/expand ×1, host window 0.45–0.5 mm, 380 V / 50 Hz / 3φ. Round downpipe RFM and half-round gutter RFM are other pages. Telescoping joints and stacked ends are this pair’s job. A 90° elbow is not.

    The square-downpipe mill can bend on the host. If your drawing is a square pipe with a factory bend, ask for that mill, not only the 2.2 kW bender.

    1. Straight pipe section first (round YX size vs rectangular vs English down-take)
    2. Elbows yes/no; max angle; offset dimension
    3. Reducers / flares yes/no; OD before and after neck
    4. Whether the bender is a standalone bench or line-integrated
    5. Voltage: combo gutter package in this catalogue is 380 V/60 Hz; reducer pair is 380 V/50 Hz — copy the hall

    6. Buyer FAQ

    Will a rain-gutter mill make elbows if I add a stand?

    No. Elbows are pipe work. Open troughs do not become downpipes on the last pass.

    Is 2.2 kW enough for the whole rainwater line?

    No. That figure is the optional bender. Gutter and downpipe hosts have their own motors.

    Can one bender do every pipe size?

    Only if the proposal matches dies to the finished envelope.

    Do I need this page for a gutter-only RFQ?

    No, unless the kit also buys downpipes and fittings.
