

A gutter cover / leaf guard sits on the eaves trough and lets water in through punched slots or mesh. The roll former makes that lid. It does not make the K-style or half-round channel underneath. Dry-fit against the gutter drawing is the acceptance visual.

Punch feed 0–30 m/min and form ≥20 m/min are two stations, not one mill speed. The press writes the pattern; the mill then forms the silhouette.
Slots punched after the lid is formed sit on a curved surface and walk. The 55 t station is not a 300 t guardrail punch and not a purlin 15 kW cut+punch tank. It is the leaf-guard pattern press on this cover line.
A companion process is a mesh corner-notch die kit (oblique cuts for cover mesh). It can ship with the cover RFM. It is not a second 13-station host. Mold-only accessory sheets have their own pages.
