    Gutter Cover / Leaf Guard Machines

    A leaf-guard cover is punched then formed as a lid, not as an open gutter. Named line: 0.4–0.5 mm PPGI, 55 t punch, 13 stations, 7.5 kW, 240 V/60 Hz. Mesh notch dies are a kit.

    1. A lid, not a trough

    A gutter cover / leaf guard sits on the eaves trough and lets water in through punched slots or mesh. The roll former makes that lid. It does not make the K-style or half-round channel underneath. Dry-fit against the gutter drawing is the acceptance visual.

    Punch feed 0–30 m/min and form ≥20 m/min are two stations, not one mill speed. The press writes the pattern; the mill then forms the silhouette.

    3. Why the press is first

    Slots punched after the lid is formed sit on a curved surface and walk. The 55 t station is not a 300 t guardrail punch and not a purlin 15 kW cut+punch tank. It is the leaf-guard pattern press on this cover line.

    4. Mesh notch dies are not the mill

    A companion process is a mesh corner-notch die kit (oblique cuts for cover mesh). It can ship with the cover RFM. It is not a second 13-station host. Mold-only accessory sheets have their own pages.

    Can the rain-gutter mill run covers by changing rolls?

    Not as a silent option. Cover duty includes a 55 t pattern press and a lid flower. Quote the cover line.

    Is 55 t the forming force?

    No. Forming is 13 stations at 7.5 kW. 55 t is the punch.

    Does the cover line make the gutter too?

    No. Two products, two hosts, unless the order lists both.

    7.5 kW / 55 t / 240 V are labeled to the cover RFM sheet. Commercial terms come back on the offer.
