A pipe mill roll-forms strip into a round or square, then closes the seam. HF ERW welds with high-frequency current. Lockform mechanically snaps the seam (no weld heat). Laser welds a prepared seam. Those three are different packages. Seamless piercing mills are hot processes — not this catalogue.
Process-library 254 ERW / HF: round OD φ88.9–254 mm; square 80×80–200×200; strip 280–800 mm; 3–8.0 mm Q195/Q235/Q355; coil max 15 t, OD 1200–2200, ID expand 650–780; 380 V/60 Hz; stacker + tooling; indoor water-pit note. That sheet does not publish a line m/min for this encyclopedia. HG76 speed and kW stay on the HG76 wiki.
Wiki HG76-class round mill: decoil → shear-weld → accumulator → form → solid-state HF → scarf/cool → size → flying saw. Speed bands 30–80 m/min (English sheet) and 60–90 m/min (Chinese sheet) both appear. Installed reference about 560 kW. HF inverter power is not the forming main motor.
Wiki 114 push-square: weld round first, then Turk-head reshape. About 50–80 m/min; square about 40×40–90×90; wall about 2.0–4.5 mm; about 940 kW. Direct-form square (DFT) is a third family. The 560 kW HG76 round mill and the 940 kW 114 push-square stay on their own quotations; neither is the 254 mill.
Quick-change lockform: PPGI/GI, YS 280–320, TS ≤450, thickness 1.2–1.4 / 1.5–1.8 mm (two bands on the sheet); 3 t electric decoiler 3 kW brake; 25 m/min; front shear 3 kW; main 15 kW ×2 ABB; 30 stands each; Ø58 / 40Cr; electric band-saw flying shear (servo ≥2 kW, saw ≥3 kW); 380 V/50 Hz. The seam geometry is mechanical lock, not a missing welder.

| Laser welded tube mill (ZP-S40 class) | Fixed thin-tube recipe, laser seam | ASTM A1011 GR 50; ID 37.59 / OD 42.16 / t 2.29 mm; 220 V / 60 Hz / 3φ. No 40-stand / 22 kW table on that sheet |
| Square/rect punch + laser | Pre-punch (incl. logo) then form then bottom laser weld then flying saw | t 2 mm; 3 t hyd decoiler; 4 punch frames ~45 t; ~40 stands, ~22 kW, 6–12 m/min, 5 straighteners; 6 kW laser; 380 V/60 Hz |
ZP-S40 is not a 254-class floor. Punch+laser is not a bare ERW mill and not lockform. ZP-S40 is 220 V; the punch+laser line is 380 V; the 6 kW laser sits on the punch line, not on HG76 HF.
No. The seam geometry and drive (15 kW×2, 25 m/min) are that lockform order.
For HG76 wiki: both 30–80 and 60–90 appear, or use the named proposal. The 254 mill keeps its own speed. The two HG76 bands are not averaged.
254 is 3–8 mm. Wrong window.
No. 6 kW laser sits on the punch+laser square line. ZP-S40 is the OD 42.16 recipe mill at 220 V/60 Hz.
254 / HG76 / 114 / lockform / ZP-S40 / punch+laser / diamond / downpipe stay labeled. Commercial terms come back on the offer.
