

Primary steel: melt (EAF/BOF), caster, hot strip or section mill, then often pickle and a continuous galvanizing line (CGL). Cold roll forming takes that coil (or slit strip) and makes a constant section at room temperature. The P0 overview and cold-vs-hot wiki are the language split. An I-beam for a heavy frame is typically hot-rolled; a warehouse purlin is typically cold-formed. Search “steel manufacturing machine” often wants the first half of that chain. This catalogue lives in the last step.
Those pages carry named kW. This keyword landing does not publish a melt-shop row, and HG76-class ~560 kW or 114 push-square ~940 kW stay on welded-pipe pages, not on a hot-strip mill.
EAF transformer MVA, caster radius, hot-strip finishing speed, CGL pot temperature and knife pressure — not in the roll-forming library. The galvanizing encyclopedia already routes zinc-pot tables to mill OEMs. If the RFQ is a melt shop or a coating mill, it is the wrong vendor class. A 15 kW purlin host does not specify a steelworks.
