

Machine galvanizing in search often means a continuous galvanizing line (CGL): pickle, anneal, zinc or Zn-Al-Mg pot, air knives, coating-mass control. That is a steelworks. A roll-forming plant buys the coated coil and forms it cold. Mixing those RFQs buys neither a zinc pot nor a roll former.
The coating encyclopedias already define EN 10346 type codes (Z, ZA, AZ, AS, ZM) and mass as g/m² total both sides. PPGI/PPGL is organic paint over a metallic coat. Roll-gap wiki adds extra clearance for HDG and pre-paint so the film is not skinned. None of that is a galvanizing-line speed.
Named forming hosts in this batch specify GI / PPGI / Aluzinc / G550 metallic-coated as incoming coil. Example: dual-fence 0.80 mm G550 metallic-coated and painted. The mill does not apply that zinc.
Pot temperature, knife pressure, line m/min, and annealing furnace kW are CGL engineering. They are not in the roll-forming process library. If you operate a coating line, quote from that mill’s OEM sheet — not from a purlin 15 kW host.
Batch hot-dip of fabricated parts (tanks, not strip) is a third process. Some fence and structure shops galv after weld. That is a kettle, not a CGL, and not a roll former. Cut edges of pre-gal coil remain bare — design and coating mass (Z275 vs Z100) belong on the coil spec, not on an in-line zinc spray that this catalogue does not nameplate.
Not as a catalogue option on these lines. Buy coated coil, or send fabricated parts to a galvanizer.

AZ / galvalume is a mill coating type. The clip order that uses 1 mm Aluzinc is still a parts order, not a CGL.
