Decorative Embossed Metal Panel Solution
Embossing is a pattern roll pair on a dedicated host or as a station on a panel mill. Motor size follows the strip: heavy 22 kW, light 7.5 kW, or CZ1600 11 kW. Barrel-corrugated roof counted in pcs/min is a forming mill, not this pattern pair.

How to choose a line
- Heavy decorative strip, dedicated emboss mill -> 22 kW class (example below)
- Light cladding texture -> 7.5 kW class on that quotation
- Emboss station on a CZ1600-class panel mill -> 11 kW on that quotation
- Barrel-corrugated sheet Ø500 × 6 m -> barrel corrugation solution (Al 2 mm / GI 1 mm, 22 kW×2, 10–15 pcs/min)
- Trapezoid / tile roof without a pattern roll -> metal roofing solution

Barrel corrugation forms a curved corrugated sheet and is counted in pcs/min. Emboss is a pattern roll pair. Send the product photo if you are unsure.
Can I use one kW for all textures?
Heavy 22 kW, light 7.5 kW and CZ1600 11 kW are three quotations. The sample and thickness pick the quotation.
