    Window and Door Making Machines

    23August 19, 2026
Door frame mill (22 stands, 7.5 kW×2, 0.8–1.5 mm) and sectional door panel (~14 stands, ~7.5 kW, 0.8–1.0 mm) are in this catalogue. PVC/aluminum window extrusion is not. Shutter slat is a third host.

    1. Steel roll-formed doors vs window extrusion

Window and door making machine in this catalogue means cold-formed steel door frames and sectional door panels. PVC or aluminium window profiles are extrusions (or dedicated window lines). The named roll-former quotation here is steel door frames; a uPVC welder table is not derived from the door-frame 7.5 kW×2. A steel roll-formed window section is only in scope if the proposal names that drawing.

    2. Door-frame mill

Automatic door frame (invoice, profile 1): thickness 0.8–1.5 mm (the same invoice also notes 0.8–1.2 mm — both bands appear); former 22 stands, 7.5 kW ×2, cast arch + gearbox; punch stations follow the customer drawing; 380 V / 60 Hz / 3φ. Same order can ship straight, round and notched variants — each to its own specification. Hardware dry-fit of the corner is the acceptance story, not a speed claim.

    3. Sectional door panel line

GI/carbon 0.8–1.0 mm; flow decoiler → leveler → servo feed → punch → former → cut → convey → flip-bend → convey → flip-bend → out. Cantilever hyd punch ~5.5 kW, 3 stations / 3 dies Cr12MoV; ~14 stands, ~7.5 kW, ~300 pcs/h; hyd cut ~3 kW; infeed ≤6 t hyd decoiler, leveler ~2.2 kW. The panel sheet header is 380 V/50 Hz; the frame invoice is 60 Hz — confirm voltage on the machine you buy. Same-order fire-damper box is another page.

The two flip-bends after cut are the signature of a sectional panel. They are not the 3 m press brake, and they are not a coiled shutter slat.

    4. Shutter, damper, window PVC

    • Rolling-shutter slat is a third host. The door solution sample says jambs, slats and sectional panels do not share one mill. No slat kW is copied onto this page
    • 4×4000 guillotine on a shutter-parts order — companions (springs, motors, mesh) stay off the shear page and off this door mill
    • Fire-damper frame / box is a sibling, not 22-stand door frame
    • No named PVC window welder / aluminium corner crimper in this batch

    5. Drawings that actually close a quote

    1. Door frame section vs sectional panel vs shutter slat vs both
    2. Thickness: 0.8–1.5 vs 0.8–1.0 vs the 0.8–1.2 invoice note
    3. Punch map / hinge / lock holes (frame) or hole pattern board (panel)
    4. 50 Hz vs 60 Hz (frame sheet is 60 Hz; panel header 50 Hz — lock on nameplate)
    5. If the inquiry is windows: say PVC / aluminium / steel — this mill is the steel door-frame / panel host

    6. Buyer FAQ

Does the door-frame mill make the sectional panel?

No. 22-stand frame vs ~14-stand panel with two flip-bends.

Is 7.5 kW×2 the same as panel ~7.5 kW?

Frame is two 7.5 kW motors on a 22-stand gearbox. Panel is about 7.5 kW on ~14 stands. Separate files.

Can this line make window frames?

Only if the drawing is a steel roll-formed window section and the proposal names it. uPVC is another industry.

Can one machine make jambs, slats and sectional panels?

No. Three hosts. The example numbers above are the jamb mill and the panel mill.

0.8–1.5 mm and 0.8–1.2 mm both appear on the frame invoice. Commercial terms come back on the offer.
