1. Direct answer
Category exists; machine numbers do not yet. Brace-forming quotation files and customer video prove that roll-formed rack bracing is offered, but extracted quote data lacks reliable speed, power, thickness, pass count, and drive/control values. Public encyclopedia text must not invent those parameters — confirm them in a dedicated technical proposal.
2. What is supported today
- Product: rack diagonal / horizontal bracing profiles for pallet-rack frames
- Distinct soft model from upright and beam lines and from shelf-panel equipment
- Expected cold roll forming sequence: uncoil → form → shear (station detail pending quote extraction)
- Existence evidence: brace quotation filename + Vietnam small-brace project video
3. What still needs confirmation
| Pending item | Why blocked |
|---|
| Forming speed | PDF parameters not extracted into FAQ evidence |
| Main and hydraulic power | No reliable numeric source in ready FAQ |
| Thickness rating and pass count | Blocked — do not invent |
| Drive, PLC, full line BOM | Blocked — confirm on proposal |
4. How to inquire correctly
- Send the brace profile drawing (section, holes, length range).
- State material grade, thickness intent, and target output class.
- Ask explicitly for a brace-line technical proposal — not an upright or beam reprint.
- After proposal issue, lock public ratings to that named configuration only.
5. Buyer FAQ
Why build a soft model with blocked specs?
Pack guidance requires a soft model when a quotation file exists. Marking blocked is the honest public posture until numbers are extracted or re-confirmed.
Can I use a competitor’s 6–12 m/min brace brochure here?
Only as industry context. Do not publish it as this soft model’s FAQ rating.
Is shelf-panel hydraulic power relevant?
No. Panels are a different equipment family and must not fill brace gaps.
6. Inquiry checklist
- Finished profile drawing or sample section with critical dimensions
- Material grade, thickness range, and coating
- Target output class (m/min or pieces/hour) and cut-length range
- Punching map / shear preference when applicable
- Voltage / frequency and any PLC or HMI brand preferences
- Named soft-model / quotation tier — do not merge sibling parameter files
Final ratings follow the named proposal. Price and lead time are out of scope.
