A rack back panel roll forming line produces vertical enclosure panels for supermarket and warehouse shelving. The reference host uses servo width adjustment so about 100 / 200 / 400 mm finished widths share one forming train. Punch dies change for hole maps; cut knives adjust with width.
It is not a horizontal deck / shelf panel line, not a box-panel hoist-change plant, and not an upright or beam structural mill.
Public back-plate lines likewise sequence straighten → punch → form → hydraulic cut/bend. Treat competitor thickness or speed bands as industry context only.

Supermarket gondola backs, warehouse shelving rear enclosures, and light racking panels that need punched row patterns plus corner notches on thin strip.
Same product group, different configuration. Parameters, dies, and thickness stay on the back-panel sheet.
One side of the cantilever gearbox train is fixed; the other slides under servo control to cover the 100 / 200 / 400 mm families.
Servo punch of row + corner features plus thin-gauge forming and hydraulic flange cut limit the working band on this proposal.
Finished width family, hole map, corner notch geometry, thickness, and flange height after cut.
Final ratings follow the named technical proposal. Commercial price and lead time are out of scope.
