1. Definition
A pneumatic circle shear cuts inner/outer circles or rings from metal sheet (aluminum blanks, coil side guards, heads, fan parts, etc.). Two counter-rotating knives drive the workpiece around the pinch point for one full revolution per cut. It is an auxiliary circle-cutting machine — not a complete coil slit + rewind host line.
2. Technical parameters (YJ-13 reference sheet)
| Item | Reference |
|---|
| Model language | YJ-13 pneumatic circle shear |
| Main motor | ~2.2 kW |
| Supply | ~380 V |
| Cut diameter | ~200–1300 mm |
| GI thickness | ~0.5–2 mm |
| Shear speed | ~32 m/min |
| Mass / size | ~1.3 t; ~2800×1200×1600 mm |
| Actuation | Full pneumatic type; upper knife pneumatically adjustable; XY pneumatic locating cited |
Tailstock position sets diameter via leadscrew/guide; lower knife fixed, upper knife adjustable. Confirm the named proposal if a different YJ size class is required.
3. Boundaries
- Not a multi-knife coil slitter + recoiler line
- Not a hydraulic guillotine CTL host
- Do not invent ratings from unrelated steel-ring photo folders without a parameter sheet
- Steel-ring / coil photos in the same pack without a quotation stay out of this rating table
4. Applications
- Aluminum circle blanks, coil side guards, vessel heads, fan discs/rings
- Batch circle/ring cutting where diameter is set by rear-frame position
5. Buyer FAQ
Is this a full slit-rewind line?
No — it is a pneumatic circle-cutting auxiliary.
How is diameter changed?
Move and lock the rear frame on the guide/leadscrew to the required radius.
Can I publish a different motor without a sheet?
No. Stay on the YJ-13 reference or the named proposal size class.
6. Verification notes
- Publish only numbers that appear on the named FAQ / parameter sheet for this leaf.
- When two source documents disagree, list both tiers with labels — do not average.
- Host ratings stay separate from auxiliaries (curving, stacking, offline presses) unless the FAQ bundles them.
- Directory identity is fixed; open fields stay blocked until a proposal confirms them.
Final ratings follow the named technical proposal. Price and lead time are out of scope.
