An effective-width floor deck roll forming line produces steel floor deck / composite deck panels at a chosen coverage width. Common ZTRFM widths in this family include about 609, 630, 678, 688, 720, 834, and 914 mm. Each width is a distinct roll-set configuration on the same deck line concept — change rolls / configuration, do not invent a new product line code for every width.
Industry catalogs likewise index machines by efficiency/cover width (e.g. 609 / 914 / 915 class) with matching coil feed widths — use that as market context beside the named ZTRFM sheet.
| Item | 914 mm reference | 609 mm reference | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Feed → effective | ~1250 → ~914 mm | ~914 → ~609 mm | Alias examples: FX75-305-914; FX80-212-609 |
| Speed | ~8–10 m/min | ~8–10 m/min (CN); EN pair may cite ~8–12 | Conflict: dual-write CN/EN for 609; contract wins |
| Forming power | ~2×11 kW | ~2×11 kW | Similar tier across several width quotes |
| Hydraulic | ~5.5 kW | ~5.5 kW | Varies if cutting options change |
| Passes / shaft | ~28 passes; ~φ90 | ~36 passes; ~φ90 | Do not reuse one pass count for every width |
| Thickness / material | ~0.8–1.2 mm; PPGI / GI / Al per proposal | ~0.8–1.2 mm | Structural certification is project-side |
| Drive / HMI | Chain; Panasonic/Delta/Mitsubishi + ~5.7″ HMI class | Same family; EN brand wording may differ | Do not lock a single brand as truth |
| Envelope / mass | Not listed → blocked | Not listed → blocked | Do not invent |
Other widths (630 / 678 / 688 / 720 / 834) follow the same process skeleton; pull pass count, feed width, and speed from that width’s parameter sheet.
Commercially it is one deck line family; mechanically each width needs its roll design and pass count. Quote the width you will produce first.
Profile geometry and feed/cover ratio differ. Pass count is not “wider = more stands” by rule of thumb — read the sheet.
Both appear in CN/EN evidence pairs. Publish both with sources or wait for the contract technical annex — do not silently pick one.
Final ratings follow the named proposal. Price and lead time are out of scope.
