1. Selection principle
A door-frame line is not one fixed factory rating. Thickness, rebate complexity, and punch layout drive different motors, shafts, and stand counts — so speed and power appear as tiers, not one universal number. Start from target thickness and hole drawings, then name the proposal tier.
2. Why figures diverge
- Thickness duty — Light ~0.65–1.0 mm vs heavy ~1.5–2.5 mm needs different torque and shaft diameter.
- Punch layout — Multi-group hinge/lock punching adds hydraulic demand and can appear inside speed notes.
- Opening / rebate complexity — Deeper or multi-rebate frames often add stands and cutter packages.
- Quotation language — English recommended package vs light/heavy Chinese docs are different proposals in one commercial family.
Market buyer guides likewise map heavier gauges and double-rebate frames to more stations and stronger drives — industry orientation only.
3. Reference parameters (keep sources separate)
| Item | Recommended English package | Documented variants (do not merge) |
|---|
| Speed | About 0–15 m/min | Some notes about 10–15 including punch/cut time |
| Main / hydraulic | About 7.5 / 5.5 kW | ~5.5/3 light; ~11/5.5 heavier; some sheets list ~15 — conflict |
| Thickness | Point ~0.8 mm | ~0.65–1.0 / ~1.0–1.5 / ~1.5–2.5 across tiers |
| Shaft / stands | ~φ50 | ~φ70/~23 stands; ~φ80/~18 stands on heavy docs |
4. Conflicts and open items
- Averaging packages — Never publish one blended public kW or thickness.
- ~15 kW sheets — Conflict with the 7.5/5.5 baseline; name the quotation.
- Inclusive speed — Punch/cut-inclusive wording is not pure forming speed.
5. Boundaries (related machines)
- Slat multi-tier thickness — CS / single / European / PU is a different product map.
- Guide section tiers — U vs slide vs heavy rail power gap is a SHUTTER story.
- Octagon 40 vs 60 — Separate tube sizes; do not borrow frame logic.
6. Buyer FAQ
Can I average all packages into one public number?
No. State the named proposal tier after thickness and hole drawings are fixed.
Why does one sheet say 0–15 and another 10–15?
The second often already includes punch/cut cadence. Label the source wording; do not treat both as pure forming speed.
Is φ50 always wrong when a heavy quote shows φ80?
No. φ50 is the recommended English package; φ70/φ80 belong to heavier documented tiers. Match the duty.
Does multi-spec mean the directory identity is unclear?
No. Frame remains the frame family. Multi-spec means multiple proposal tiers inside that family — not a mix with slat or guide ratings.
Final ratings follow the confirmed technical proposal. Price and lead time are out of scope.
