An anti-condensation felt / film laminating combination line applies anti-drip felt coating to GI/PPGI strip at the entry, then roll-forms, hydraulically shears, and auto-stacks roofing / cladding panels. Public product literature (for example Dripstop-class membranes) describes the same idea: felt laminated during roll forming so panels ship ready to install.
It is not a standalone color-coating line, not a “pure roof panel” host as the only answer, and not a default “film-only without forming” package unless the contract says so.
| Item | Reference value |

| Forming speed | About 0–20 m/min |
| Power | Form main about 7.5 kW; hyd station about 5.5 kW (46# oil, fan cool); decoiler motors about 4 kW each; stacker about 2.2 kW |
| Form host | About 10000×1850×1500 mm / about 8.5 t; 400H frame; about 20 mm mid plate; shaft about φ85; rolls about 19 + 20; dual chain; Siemens PLC class |
| Substrate | Width about 1220 / 1250 mm; metal thick about 0.3–0.8 mm; GI/PPGI + anti-drip felt |

Market felt-panel machines may quote other thickness or speed bands. Treat them as industry orientation — do not overwrite this reference table.
Confirm by contract. The documented baseline is a combination plant. Do not reuse whole-line ratings as if they were a pure laminator.
No. Entry felt coating and plant power breakdown (decoiler / hyd / stacker) are part of this family.
Because RFQs that only copy “7.5 kW” understate plant demand.
Short route on the felt process-flow page; station / power reading on the laminate–form–cut–stack page.
Final ratings follow the named proposal. Price and lead time are out of scope.
