The Heavy Duty Metal Embossing Machine is an industrial-grade solution developed for producing textured and patterned steel sheets from 1.2–5.0 mm mild carbon steel. Designed for demanding metal processing applications, the machine combines high embossing pressure, robust construction, and precision roller manufacturing to achieve consistent surface patterns.
The equipment is fitted with integrally forged 42CrMo alloy steel embossing rollers, which provide excellent strength, wear resistance, and long-term dimensional stability. After heat treatment and chrome plating, the roller surface reaches HRC 55–60, helping maintain stable embossing quality during continuous production.
With a maximum material feeding width of 1520 mm and a working speed of approximately 5 m/min, this steel sheet embossing machine is particularly suitable for manufacturers processing wide and relatively thick steel plates.

Embossed metal sheets combine functional performance with an attractive textured surface. Depending on the selected roller pattern, the finished products can be used in a wide range of industrial and architectural applications.
Common applications include:
Architectural wall and ceiling panels
Anti-slip steel flooring
Elevator interior panels
Truck and trailer body panels
Industrial equipment covers
The textured surface can increase sheet rigidity while providing improved surface appearance. Certain embossing patterns can also provide enhanced anti-slip properties, making embossed steel suitable for flooring and other applications where additional surface traction is required.

The metal plate embossing line uses a continuous forming process to create the required pattern on the steel surface.
The steel coil or sheet material is positioned on the input coil supporting table. The supporting structure helps hold heavy material securely and provides a stable entry point for the embossing section.
The steel sheet is guided between the upper and lower embossing rollers. As the material passes through the rollers, controlled pressure transfers the engraved pattern onto the steel surface.
The large-diameter rollers provide sufficient contact pressure for processing relatively thick material from 1.2 to 5.0 mm.

The 42CrMo forged embossing rollers are manufactured for heavy-duty operation. Their heat-treated and chrome-plated surfaces offer high wear resistance, helping maintain pattern consistency over extended production periods.
After embossing, the finished steel sheet can be cut into the required lengths according to the customer's production specifications.
This continuous method allows manufacturers to produce patterned steel sheets efficiently without repeatedly positioning individual plates.

Machine specifications can be customized according to material, sheet width, embossing pattern, and production requirements.
The coil supporting table is positioned at the feeding side of the production line. It provides stable support for heavy steel material and helps operators guide the sheet into the embossing section.
A stable feeding system is particularly important when processing thick steel sheets because it helps minimize material movement and improves the consistency of the embossing process.

The main embossing unit is manufactured with a heavy welded steel frame and reinforced side structures. The integrated construction provides excellent rigidity and helps reduce vibration during high-pressure embossing.
The machine uses large Φ450 × 1700 mm embossing rollers, providing a substantial working surface for wide steel sheets.
The upper and lower rollers are manufactured from forged 42CrMo alloy steel. Following heat treatment, the roller surface reaches approximately HRC 55–60, and chrome plating is applied to further improve wear resistance.
The roller specifications are:
Diameter: Φ450 mm
Length: 1700 mm
Material thickness: 1.2–5.0 mm
Concave roller engraving depth: 2.5 mm

The embossing pressure can be adjusted through a manual screw lifting mechanism.
A gear-and-turbine transmission system synchronizes the adjustment on both sides of the machine. A reference scale is also provided to help operators establish suitable pressure settings for different steel thicknesses.
This design makes it easier to adjust the embossing depth and maintain uniform pressure across the working width.
The steel embossing machine is equipped with a 15 kW national-standard motor and heavy-duty reducer.
The drive system is designed to provide stable torque during continuous operation, particularly when embossing thicker steel materials.
The standard working speed is approximately 5 m/min, providing a balance between embossing quality and production efficiency.
The Heavy Duty Coil Embossing Machine is designed around the requirements of thick-sheet metal processing.
The machine can process 1.2–5.0 mm mild carbon steel, making it suitable for applications where conventional light-duty embossing equipment may not be sufficient.
The Φ450 mm diameter rollers provide a strong and stable embossing structure for heavy-gauge steel sheets.
The integrally forged 42CrMo alloy steel rollers are heat-treated and chrome-plated to improve durability and maintain pattern quality.
The integrated welded frame and reinforced side walls provide high structural rigidity and help reduce vibration during operation.
The manual screw adjustment system allows the operator to change embossing pressure according to the material thickness and required pattern.
With a maximum feeding width of 1520 mm, the machine can accommodate relatively wide steel sheets for industrial production.
The 15 kW drive motor and heavy-duty reducer provide reliable power transmission for continuous embossing operations.
The embossing rollers can be customized according to the required surface pattern, product dimensions, and application.

Different industries require different embossed patterns, sheet widths, material thicknesses, and production speeds. Therefore, the Metal Plate Embossing Machine can be configured according to the customer's specific production requirements.
Customization options can include:
Embossing pattern
Roller engraving design
Working width
Material thickness
Sheet cutting length
Feeding configuration
