Name coil weight first
5 t manual, 7 t electric and 10 t hydraulic are three hosts.

Coil infeed is a weight class plus a drive: manual expand, electric expand with VFD, hydraulic 10 t with car, or a dual-head that parks a second coil. The example below is a 7 t electric decoiler. A 10 t loading car and a 10 t upender are different machines from the decoiler.
Roll-forming shops that change coils often, run 10 t floor-deck coils, or want a second coil ready on a dual-head — and plants that need a car or upender as a separate line item.
5 t manual, 7 t electric and 10 t hydraulic are three hosts.
4 t per side is not a 10 t single-mandrel machine.
0.9 m lift, 5.5 kW, 380 V / 50 Hz on that quotation, a separate line from the decoiler motor.
One delivered example. Final numbers follow your quotation.
| Capacity | 7 t electric, four-petal expand |
|---|---|
| Motors | 3 kW + 4 kW VFD |
| Power on that order | 350 V / 50 Hz |
Land the coil by crane or loading car (the car is a separate machine).
Expand the four petals and drive with 3 kW + 4 kW VFD.
Hold a loop the mill can live with.
Stop to reload. Dual-head parks a second coil at 4 t per side; 10 t hydraulic is another package.
| Step | Module | Guidance | Related |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hand expand | 5 t manual | Friction brake; no VFD | Hydraulic decoiler |
| Electric expand | 7 t electric | 3+4 kW VFD; 350 V / 50 Hz on that order | 7 t electric |
| Heavy hydraulic | 10 t hyd decoiler | Sensor, press arm, remote; 220 V 3φ | 10 t hyd decoiler |
| Park a second coil | Dual-head | 4 t/side; 50 m/min; 440 V / 60 Hz | Dual-head |
| Lift onto mandrel | 10 t car | 0.9 m; 5.5 kW; 380 V / 50 Hz | 10 t car |
| Upend | 10 t tilter | 240 V / 60 Hz / 1φ | 10 t tilter |
Weight and drive choice, one 7 t electric example, 10 t decoiler / car / upender and dual-head as matching rows, and a quote checklist.
Hydraulic decoiler, loading car and upender are three quotations. Voltage differs on each file.
It is not a 10 t single-mandrel decoiler. CZ process language also lists 6 t/head.
The 45 kW / 15-roll file is paired with a 30 T cone-head on that quotation.
Automatic usually means motorised expand and VFD — the 7 t example. 10 t hydraulic is a heavier package with its own voltage.
Dual-head is two lighter mandrels for changeover. Capacity is quoted per side.
