The ZTRFM TR4 Metal Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic production line specially designed for manufacturing TR4 trapezoidal metal roofing and wall panels.
TR4 roofing profiles are widely used in residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings, especially in South American markets such as Peru.
The machine continuously forms pre-painted galvanized steel, galvanized steel or Aluzinc coils through multiple precision forming rollers. After the required profile is formed, the sheet is automatically measured and cut to the preset length.
The complete production process can be controlled through the PLC touch screen, helping manufacturers achieve stable profile dimensions, consistent sheet quality and efficient continuous production.
