The ZTRFM TR4 TR5 TR6 Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine is an automatic production line developed for manufacturing trapezoidal metal roofing and wall cladding panels. TR4, TR5 and TR6-style profiles are widely used in Peru and other South American construction markets for industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, commercial facilities, agricultural structures and residential roofing projects.
The machine is designed according to the customer's final roofing profile drawing. Different trapezoidal profiles, coil materials and production requirements can be matched with customized roller designs and machine configurations, providing roofing sheet manufacturers with a reliable and flexible production solution.

The complete production process includes uncoiling, material feeding, guiding, continuous roll forming, automatic length measuring, cutting and finished sheet receiving.
After the operator enters the required panel length and quantity through the PLC control system, the production line can automatically coordinate forming and cutting operations. This reduces manual work while helping manufacturers maintain consistent sheet dimensions during continuous production.
The straightforward operating process also makes the machine suitable for both established roofing factories and companies starting a new metal building material production line.

The flat metal coil passes through a series of forming rollers and is gradually shaped into the required TR4, TR5, TR6 or similar trapezoidal roofing profile.
Instead of forming the panel in one step, each roller station completes part of the deformation. This progressive forming method helps control material stress and improves the consistency of rib height, panel width and overall sheet appearance.
The forming rollers are precision machined from high-quality steel. Surface treatment can be applied to improve hardness, wear resistance and long-term durability while helping protect painted and coated steel surfaces.

The main roll forming unit uses a heavy-duty welded steel structure designed to provide stable support for the rollers, shafts and transmission system.
Good machine rigidity is important during long-term roofing sheet production because stable roller positioning helps maintain panel straightness and profile consistency.
Additional supporting structures can be incorporated into the machine frame according to the final roofing profile and production requirements, helping reduce vibration during continuous operation.
The machine uses a strong transmission structure to drive the forming stations continuously.
A double-chain and gear transmission design can provide stable power transfer between roller stations while remaining convenient for daily inspection and maintenance.

Before the steel sheet enters the forming section, it passes through an adjustable feeding and guiding device.
Correct feeding alignment is essential for producing high-quality trapezoidal roofing sheets. The guiding system helps keep the raw material centered so that the ribs, side overlaps and finished panel width remain consistent throughout production.
Roller-type guiding structures can also help reduce friction against the surface of pre-painted or coated steel coils.

The complete production line is controlled through a PLC system with an easy-to-use operating interface.
Operators can set the required finished sheet length and production quantity from the control panel. Once the production order is entered, the machine automatically completes continuous forming, measuring and cutting.
The control system can be customized with different operating languages according to the destination market. Electrical configuration and voltage can also be designed to meet local factory requirements.
After the roofing sheet has passed through all forming stations and reached its final trapezoidal shape, it enters the cutting section.
The cutting system works together with the PLC and length measuring device. When the preset panel length is reached, the machine automatically performs the cutting operation.
The cutting blade is manufactured according to the final roofing profile so that the panel can be cut accurately without requiring additional manual processing.

Customized solutions can cover profile shape, coil width, raw material, forming structure, production speed, cutting system, control system and auxiliary equipment.

The production line can be combined with different auxiliary systems according to the required level of automation.
Available options can include hydraulic decoilers, coil loading trolleys, automatic feeding systems, servo tracking cutting systems, receiving tables and automatic stacking systems.
These options allow manufacturers to build a production line suitable for their actual factory capacity and future expansion plans.
Before shipment, the machine can be fully assembled and tested at the factory.
The testing process checks material feeding, roller alignment, transmission operation, profile forming, automatic control and cutting performance. Trial production is carried out to verify that the finished roofing sheet matches the confirmed drawing.
If required, customers can also provide their own steel coil for testing so the machine can be adjusted according to the material that will actually be used in production.
