Zhongtuo Downspout Roll Forming Machine is a complete solution for producing 100 × 100 mm square metal downpipes and matching elbow components. 2.  Complete Downspout Production Line

The complete working process is:

Uncoiling → Feeding → Roll Forming → Automatic Cutting → Product Receiving

An additional elbow bending machine is included to produce matching downpipe elbows, creating a more complete production solution. 

3.  High-Strength Roll Forming Structure

The main forming machine uses a 350H welded steel body and an 80 mm solid shaft made from quenched and tempered 45# steel, providing a strong foundation for continuous production.  

The machine features 19 horizontal roller stations plus vertical rollers, allowing the material to be gradually formed into the required square downspout profile.

6. Square Downspout & Elbow Production

The machine is designed according to the customer's specified profile:

The dedicated elbow machine has a 2.4 kW motor and supports a maximum bending angle of 90°, making it suitable for producing matching elbow components for the downspout system.  

7.3-Meter Receiving Table

The finished downpipes are transferred to a 3-meter receiving table. The table is constructed from welded square tubes and equipped with passive rollers to help move finished products forward more smoothly.
