The ZTRFM Gearbox AG Panel Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic production line designed for manufacturing AG metal roofing and wall cladding panels. Unlike conventional roofing machines that mainly rely on chain transmission, this model uses a gearbox-driven forming system to provide smoother power transmission, stable operation and reliable performance during continuous production.

The complete working process includes:

After the metal coil is placed on the decoiler, the sheet is guided into the main forming machine. Multiple precision roller stations gradually form the required AG Panel ribs.
The PLC system automatically measures the finished sheet length and controls the cutting process according to the production settings entered by the operator.
Once the required length and quantity are set, the machine can continuously complete the main forming and cutting operations with minimal manual intervention..

The forming rollers can be manufactured from high-grade 45# forged steel with hard chrome surface treatment. The smooth and wear-resistant surface helps improve long-term durability while reducing unnecessary marks on coated roofing materials.
