This production line consists of five core workstations. Coil enters from one end, and profiles exit from the other:
Decoiler System: holds the coil and uses a passive pull method. The main machine draws the strip forward, avoiding stretching on thin sheets
Feeding and leveling: flattens the strip and removes bending stress and edge waves from the coil

Main Roll Forming System: 17 roller stations gradually cold form the flat strip to the target cross section

Shearing Mechanism: hydraulic shearing cuts the continuous profile at preset lengths. Blades are quenched for clean cuts

Products receiving table: accepts the cut profiles with support rollers carrying them and completing stacking
The entire process runs continuously. No manual handling or intermediate storage is needed between workstations.
