This machine is designed for the continuous production of metal gutters used in greenhouse cultivation, hydroponic farming, and suspended growing systems. It can process materials such as PPGI, galvanized steel, and aluminum, with a recommended material thickness of approximately 0.6–0.8 mm.

The complete line integrates automatic decoiling, roll forming, length setting, cutting, and PLC control. It can be customized according to the customer’s gutter profile, dimensions, material thickness, and actual application requirements, making it suitable for greenhouse projects, hydroponic growing systems, and continuous production of agricultural metal profiles.

Efficient and Stable Continuous Forming

The standard forming speed is approximately 15–20 m/min, while the actual production speed can be adjusted according to the profile shape, material type, and thickness.

The main machine adopts a heavy-duty 350H steel frame combined with Ø80 mm solid shafts, providing good structural rigidity and stable performance during continuous operation.

The forming rollers are manufactured from 45# steel and treated with hard chrome plating. This helps improve wear resistance, surface hardness, and service life while maintaining stable forming quality over long-term production.

A reliable chain transmission system is used to provide stable power transmission and convenient maintenance for continuous production.

Automatic Cutting and PLC Control

The machine is equipped with an automatic length measuring and cutting system. The cutting blades are made of Cr12MoV, offering good hardness, wear resistance, and long service life.

The PLC control system allows operators to set product length, production quantity, batch information, and related operating parameters according to production requirements.

This reduces repeated manual measurement and helps improve production efficiency and finished product consistency.

The standard control interface is available in English, and multilingual interfaces can also be provided for different markets.

Power and Machine Configuration

The main motor power is approximately 7.5 kW, while the hydraulic system power is approximately 11 kW, providing sufficient power for continuous forming and automatic cutting.

The standard electrical configuration is 380V / 50Hz / 3 Phase, and the voltage can be customized according to the customer’s local industrial power supply.

The overall machine dimensions are approximately 8500 × 1000 × 1200 mm, with a total weight of around 4 tons. Final dimensions and weight may vary depending on the gutter profile and selected machine configuration.

The feeding section can be equipped with an automatic hydraulic decoiler to improve coil loading and continuous feeding efficiency. Additional feeding devices can also be configured according to the customer’s production requirements.
