4. Hydraulic Cutting System

- Operational Tips:
- If production volume is high, it is recommended to keep one spare cutter set (approx. USD 280/set). Original cutters can be reground for reuse.
- In high temperatures, stop the machine for 30 minutes every 4-5 hours.
- In cold weather, run the pump for 5 minutes to warm the hydraulic oil before starting cutting operations.
5. Product Table
- Dimensions: Length 3 meters, Width 1.25 meters
- Material: Welded square pipe frame
- Function: Positioned at the machine exit to receive cut sheets. Equipped with 6 passive rollers to convey sheets out of the machine.
- Configuration: Two sets of tables are provided to accommodate varying production lengths and layout requirements.

Maintenance & Storage Recommendations
- Long-term Storage: Ensure proper waterproofing and damp-proofing if the machine is idle for extended periods.
- Regular Testing: Restart and test all functions every two weeks to prevent aging of electrical components.
