Product Overview

The C/Z purlin roll forming machine is designed to produce C-shaped and Z-shaped steel purlins in various sizes. It is designed to process galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, and other metal coils with a thickness range of 1–3 mm. The finished web width is adjustable from 80 to 300 mm, while flange dimensions, lip sizes, and punching patterns can be customized according to customer profile drawings.

This machine enables the production of both C purlins and Z purlins on a single production line, thereby reducing equipment investment and optimizing factory floor space. The standard production speed ranges from 15 to 25 m/min, with customization available up to approximately 30 m/min, depending on material thickness, punching requirements, and the cutting system configuration.

The complete production line typically includes a hydraulic decoiler, guiding and leveling unit, hydraulic punching system, roll forming main unit, hydraulic cutting system, PLC control cabinet, and run-out table. Operators can configure product length, production quantity, running speed, and other parameters via the touch-screen interface.
