      Automatic Solar Panel Bracket Roll Forming Machine 

      The Automatic Solar Panel Bracket Roll Forming Machine is an automated cold bending forming equipment designed for mass production of solar photovoltaic bracket profiles. The entire line integrates functions such as unwinding, leveling, servo feeding, high-speed punching, precision rolling forming, fixed length cutting, and automatic unloading, and can continuously produce solar bracket structural components such as C-shaped steel, U-shaped steel, Z-shaped steel, guide rails, ground piles, and crossbeams. The equipment adopts full servo drive and PLC control system, with a production speed of 0-20m/min or even higher, perfectly adapting to the high strength, high precision, and short delivery time requirements of bracket profiles for solar power plant construction.


      Features:

      1.High speed and efficient production:
      using gearbox transmission or full servo direct drive, the molding speed can reach up to 40m/min, which is more than 30% more efficient than traditional equipment and suitable for large-scale continuous operation.

      2.High precision forming:
      The rolling mill is made of Cr12Mov die steel, which has undergone vacuum heat treatment and wire cutting precision processing to ensure that the cross-sectional size error of the profile is controlled within ± 0.5mm, and the straightness and torsion of the profile meet the strict standards of photovoltaic brackets.

      3.Flexible changeover:
      By using quick change roller sets or cantilever mobile frames, different specifications of C, U, and Z-shaped sections can be switched in a short period of time, reducing downtime and adapting to multiple types of orders.

      4.Automation Integration:
      Equipped with Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC and touch screen human-machine interface, it can complete continuous punching (including installation holes and long holes) online, hydraulic servo cutting, automatic sizing, and support remote operation and maintenance as well as fault diagnosis.

      5.Save materials and energy:
      Optimized hole design and roll layout reduce material deformation and waste. The main engine uses energy-saving motors, resulting in lower operating costs.

      6.Durable and sturdy:
      The frame is made of thick steel plate welded and tempered, with high overall rigidity and strong vibration resistance, suitable for long-term 24-hour uninterrupted production.
