The Zhongtuo YXB65-430 Bemo Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is an automatic standing seam roll forming line for producing ZIP-lock and Bemo-style concealed-fix standing seam roof and wall panels from steel or aluminium coil. The machine forms the panel profile progressively through a series of hardened roller stations mounted on a rigid blue-painted frame, with a hydraulic cutting unit at the exit end. The effective panel width is 400 mm or 425 mm (material width 575 mm or 600 mm); forming speed is 8–15 m/min.

The machine processes steel (0.5–0.8 mm) and aluminium (0.7–1.0 mm) coil and is compatible with PPGI, PPGL, GI and aluminium. It is compact enough to fit into a 20GP container for delivery to site and is used by metal roofing contractors, building envelope manufacturers and prefabricated building producers worldwide.

Machine Structure

The machine sits on a rigid blue-painted steel frame. At the infeed end a straightening and feeding unit guides the coil strip into the first forming station. The strip passes through a sequence of hardened roller pairs that progressively form the standing seam rib and the flat panel base. At the exit, a hydraulic four-column press unit performs the final seam closing and the flying cut. All roller shafts are precision-machined and supported on heavy bearings; the gearbox and hydraulic unit are enclosed within the orange-painted base section.
