This Metal Ceiling Panel Roll Forming Machine is customized for the Belarusian market and is designed to produce metal ceiling panels from 0.45-0.50 mm steel coil with a material strength of 350 MPa.

The complete production line integrates a 3-ton hydraulic decoiler, roll forming machine, hydraulic punching and cutting system, electrical control cabinet, and 3-meter receiving table, providing an efficient solution for continuous ceiling panel production.

Order Memory Function
The control system includes an order memory function.
After an order is completed, the machine can retain the previous production settings and quantity information, so operators do not need to enter the product length and other parameters again when restarting the same order.
This helps simplify operation and improve production efficiency.

4.Customized Design Features
This machine includes several customer-specific design details:
Flexible Equipment Layout
Extra-long cables and hydraulic hoses are supplied so that the electrical cabinet and hydraulic station can be positioned on either the left or right side of the forming machine.
External Start Switch
An external switch is added so operators can start the machine without opening the electrical cabinet door.
Adjustable Machine Height
The machine base is equipped with adjustable foot cups, allowing the machine height to be adjusted according to installation requirements.
Spare Punching Die
One additional set of punching dies is supplied as a spare part, helping reduce downtime during future maintenance.
