Metal Wall Cladding Machine Soffit panel Metal Siding Machine is fully auotmatic production line , machine using Cr12 materials rollers, prevent the formed plates from having waves, avoid plate deformation, burrs during cutting, and surface paint scratches, the machine can adjust the length of the finished product, production speed, and production quantity through the PLC control system, enabling one employee to operate and use the entire production line.

Cladding panels are used to cover the underside of roof overhangs, eaves, and balconies for protection, ventilation, and aesthetics, shielding the structure from pests, moisture, and weather while hiding wires/pipes and improving airflow for attic health. They provide a finished look, come in materials like PVC, aluminum, or fiber cement, and often feature vents to regulate attic temperature and humidity, preventing mold and ice dams.

Transmission

Roller details: We add active gear structure

If only a single chain drive is adopted, the sheet mainly relies on the lower wheel to provide the transmission force during the forming process, while the upper roller raises the arch and rolls the forming force. However, if the power is insufficient, it will cause uneven force on the sheet, resulting in bending and ripples. Adding an active transmission structure with upper and lower double gears can ensure that the upper roller and the lower roller drive simultaneously and the force is evenly distributed! Ensure that the sheet forming is more flat and the effect is better
