Uncoiling → Leveling → Servo Feeding → Punching → Roll Forming → Length Detection → Cutting → Unloading

Precision Roll Forming and Automatic Cutting

After punching, the galvanized steel strip enters the forming section, where a series of rollers gradually bends the material into the required ceiling carrier shape.

Depending on the profile design, the machine can normally use approximately 10–15 forming stations, while the forming speed can reach around 5–20 m/min.

An encoder monitors the finished-product length, while optical fiber or other sensing equipment can be used for hole counting and position detection. When the preset length is reached, the hydraulic cutting system automatically separates the finished profile.

The machine can also use a pin-insert shearing system with an optional air-cooling arrangement for continuous production.

Compact 2-in-1 Decoiler and Leveler

At the beginning of the line, a 2-in-1 decoiler and straightening machine combines coil unwinding and leveling in one unit.

The system can be configured with hydraulic or manual coil loading, while an optional trolley can assist with coil handling. After unwinding, the galvanized steel strip passes through the leveling section to improve material flatness before punching and forming.

Combining these two functions into one machine can also help reduce the required workshop space and simplify the overall production layout.
