Acoustic Noise Barrier Walls Profile actually is made by two parts, one is the surface panel to absorb the sound and another side is the down panel without any holes. The noise barrier wall profile making machine is composed by the following elements: the punching production line and the main rolling forming machine line. Hydraulic decoiler with NC coil feeder leveling --> Punching Machine- recoiler with damping system

As to the punching line:

The decoiler could be automatic or manual one or 5 ton or 10 ton with loading car or without. As to the punching machine, you can choose high speed or normal speed. Here are some production line pictures for your reference.
