Zhongtuo Solar Strut Channel Roll Forming Machine is a customized production solution developed for the Iraqi market, designed to manufacture high-strength steel profiles for solar photovoltaic mounting systems. According to the customer-approved production requirements, the line is configured for 40 × 40 mm, 50 × 50 mm and 60 × 60 mm profiles, with customized punching, serrated edges and reinforcing ribs. 

The finished strut channels can be used as structural components in solar photovoltaic mounting systems, supporting the construction of durable and customized PV mounting solutions. The combination of multiple profile sizes, punching, serrated edges and reinforcing ribs makes the line suitable for customized solar structure production.

Key Features

1.Multi-Size Profile Production

The machine is designed to produce three profile sizes: 40 × 40 mm, 50 × 50 mm and 60 × 60 mm, providing flexibility for different PV mounting structure requirements. 

2. Heavy-Duty Roll Forming System

The forming section adopts a 25-pass roll forming design with a robust housing structure and chain transmission. The rollers are made of Cr12 steel with quenching and precision machining, while the shafts are heat-treated with a diameter of 60 mm, providing reliable forming performance and durability. 

3. Integrated Leveling & Feeding

The production line is equipped with an integrated feeding and leveling section featuring an upper 4 / lower 5 roller configuration and 80 mm leveling rollers, helping ensure stable and straight material feeding before roll forming. 

4.  Punching, Reinforcing & Serrated Profile

The customized profile supports punching, serrated edges and reinforcing ribs, making the finished strut channels suitable for structural applications where secure connections and increased profile strength are required. 

 

5. Non-Stop Punching & Cutting

The machine is configured for non-stop punching and cutting, helping improve production continuity and reduce unnecessary downtime during operation. The forming section uses three 7.5 kW motors. 

6.  3-Ton Hydraulic Decoiler

A 3-ton vertical hydraulic decoiler is included to provide stable coil unwinding and continuous material feeding for the production line. 

7. Powerful Hydraulic System

The line is equipped with an 11 kW large-valve hydraulic power station with air cooling, providing stable hydraulic power for punching and cutting operations.
