Decoiler

A. Supporting the coils and doing uncoiling.
B. The hydraulic oil pump station is to control the core shrinking and expanding to fit to the inner
diameter of coils.
C. Motor drive the coils running and can do forward and reverse running as well as do the decoiling with tension.
D. The core can ensure the expand range φ450 of the coils inner diameter. It will provide the rubber band to ensure the 550 mm diameter.

The brake system is controlled by pneumatic, the pneumatic pump station is provided by customer. There is a inductor which is placed on the ground, if the material touch on the inductor, the decoiler will stop working automatically and restart automatically as well. The main advantage of the inductor is to avoid the material head up more on the ground.
