Product Overview

The shelf upright machine is a fully automatic roll forming line that produces pallet rack uprights (rack shelf columns) for stacking racks and shelves. With 16 forming stations, GCr15 quenched rollers and imported SIEMENS/DELTA PLC control, it forms, punches and cuts upright columns in one continuous line at a stable 20 m/min.

Technical Specifications

Machine Structure

The line features a long series of bright blue forming stations with heavy polished rollers, a yellow guide rail, and adjustment mechanisms; the galvanized strip enters pre-punched and is progressively bent into the upright profile.

Finished Product

The finished galvanized rack upright has a U-shaped cross-section with flanges, evenly spaced circular holes punched along the flanges and interior walls, and a rectangular punch-out at the end - ready to assemble without secondary processing.
