Rotary Punch & Shear Equipment machine for easy metal punching

The Zhongtuo rotary punch and shear machines series could be work as stand-alone machines. The modular design consisting of the cylinder drawing unit, punching unit and cylinder discharge guarantee precise product channelling and reliable transport of the material. The rotary punch machines draws the material from the cylinder drawing unit completely automatically through the punch plug-in unit up to the cylinder discharge. The rotary punch is coupled to the powered coiler and profiling system via a loop control system between the spool and profiling system. A metering wheel in the profiling system registers the line speed. All units of the rotary punch have their own servo drives. The drives are synchronised electronically.
