1. GALVALUME STEEL BASE(No Rusted)

Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. All San-gobuild® roof products are manufactured from a-zinc steel which has been shown in tests to last 6-9 times longer than ordinary galvanized steel roofing products. This is achieved by protecting the steel core with zinc, which is itself protected by an aluminum barrier.As a pioneer of using Alu-zinc steel, San-gobuild® has unrivaled experience in long-lasting steel roof tile manufacture.

2. STONE CHIPS(No Color Fading)

All San-gobuild® roof tiles are coated with natural stone chips, volcanically formed, and taken from quarries in French. These coatings add natural beauty to the roof and a hard layer of protection from the weather. Refuse cheap dyed sand, Sangobuild uses French CL high-temperature sintered colored stone granules. 800ºC sintered makes the color adhere well to the basalt, making the colors long last and don't fade even after 30 years of UV irradiation.

Sangobuild stone-coated metal tile is made from corrosion-resistant metal and coated with natural stone chips that are attached to the steel with an acrylic adhesive layer. Our goal has been for a more durable roof that still retains the aesthetic advantages of more traditional roofing material such as clay tile or wood shakes. The Stone-coated Long-span roofing sheet has 6 waves, it has a bigger area and no gap ，so has better leakproof and easier installation.

3. Pour Glue(No Sand Fall off)

All San-gobuild® roof tiles use high-quality acrylic resin glue produced by a professional glue factory, which is more viscous,and the colored sand sticks to it more evenly, and will not become piled up. And the technology for traditional spray glue will cause the granules to drop out and uneven color, we improve the technology to pour glue which could avoid the problem very well.Choose Sangobuild, you don't need to worry about the granules dropping out.

Though size more precisely, Sangobuild use FRANCE CL granules used by asphalt shingle manufacturer for over 50 years,so history demonstrates that fading is not a problem. Over time, a slight change in color might occur due to sitting of airborne contaminants. However periodic rain or washing the roof with a garden hose will keep the roof looking new.

Q7: How do the granules stay bonded to the steel?
Specially graded 'non-oiled' natural granite stone chips, produced by CL Rock company are used for all Sangobuild stone coated roof tile. The granules are embedded in a UV resistant acrylic polymer for a lasting bond to the steel substrate.

A: 30% T/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
