 2.  Hydraulic Decoiler

A 10-ton hydraulic decoiler is a commonly selected configuration for floor decking production.

The hydraulic system controls the expansion and contraction of the core shaft, making coil loading and operation more convenient, fast, and stable. The decoiler is driven by an electric motor and can be controlled by a frequency converter, allowing the operating speed to be adjusted according to production requirements.

3.  Adjustable Feeding System

The feeding device guides the metal coil smoothly into the roll forming system.

For floor decking that requires an embossed pattern, an embossing system can be installed before the main forming section. The embossing rollers are supported by an adjustable frame to achieve the required pattern. 

4.  Main Roll Forming Machine
