What is an external wall panel roll forming machine?

The external wall panel roll forming machine is a complete automated production line that sequentially processes metal coils (steel coils, aluminum coils, etc.) through unwinding, leveling, feeding, roll forming, cutting to length, discharging and stacking, and continuously produces finished wall panels that meet design requirements. The typical process flow includes five core steps:

1. Uncoiling - Hydraulic or mechanical uncoiler carries and actively unwinding;

2. Leveling and feeding - using a multi roll leveling machine to eliminate internal stress in the coil material and ensure the flatness of the board surface;

3. Roll forming - Multiple (usually 26) forming rolls are used to gradually cold bend the flat plate into the target cross-sectional shape;

4. Fixed length cutting - using servo flying shear or hydraulic shear to accurately cut according to the set length;

5. Finished product output - Automatic material racks or stacking systems neatly stack finished products for easy packaging and transportation.

Compared with traditional bending machines or single machine production methods, the biggest advantage of roll forming machines is their continuity, high speed, and automation, making them very suitable for production tasks with large quantities, long cycles, and strict quality requirements.
