Machine Workflow

1. Feeding - Metal coils (steel coils, aluminum coils, etc.) are placed on the feeding rack.
2. Feeding and Forming - The strip is fed into the forming host with more than 18-20 rolling stations, which progressively cold bend the sheet into a panel with upright ribs and a self-locking buckle structure.
3. Cutting - A flying shear or rotating shear cuts the continuously formed panel online to the preset length.
4. Discharge - The finished roof panels leave through the discharge platform, ready for installation.

Machine Structure

The forming host is built with chrome-plated grooved rollers and Φ75 mm solid shafts mounted in a 350# H steel welded frame, synchronized by covered chain transmission and black drive gears for stable progressive bending.
