Zhongtuo Metal Fence Roll Forming Machine is designed for the continuous production of high-quality metal fence profiles from color-coated galvanized steel coils.

The machine is customized according to the customer's 3D drawings and finished samples, supporting different fence top designs including round, flat, and pointed shapes.

With a 14-station forming system, hydraulic cutting, Delta PLC control, Omron encoder, and Siemens low-voltage electrical components, the machine provides a practical and reliable solution for customized metal fence production.

Different fence projects require different appearance and profile designs.

This machine is configured to produce three main top shapes:

Round Top

The cutting and forming configuration can be adjusted according to the customer's profile drawings and samples. 

02. 14-Station Roll Forming System

The main forming machine is equipped with 14 forming stations.

The steel strip passes through multiple forming stations and is gradually shaped into the required fence profile, helping maintain consistent profile geometry during production. 

The forming rollers are made of 45# steel with chrome-plated treatment.

This provides a durable roller surface suitable for continuous metal profile forming. 

 03.  Hydraulic Cutting

The machine uses a hydraulic cutting system for cutting the formed fence profiles to the required length.

The hydraulic station is equipped with a 5.5 kW hydraulic motor and air-cooling device. 

 04.  Intelligent PLC Control System

 Easy Operation for International Customers

The control system uses a Delta PLC with a touch screen and buttons.

The PLC interface supports:  Russian / Chinese / English

This configuration is particularly suitable for international projects and provides convenient operation for Russian-speaking customers.
