The forming section features a long series of chrome rollers secured in black brackets, with a front guide mechanism of vertical cylinders, an orange side panel and a hydraulic power unit with cooling fan and pressure gauge.

The finished picket profile has a corrugated structure with five raised ridges flanked by flat flanges, formed in one continuous pass. With the 3D lace top cutting die, panels leave the line with ornamental tops and punched mounting holes, ready for assembly.
