Metal Ceiling Panel Suspended Ceiling Production Line Perforated 400

We supply a complete Metal Ceiling Tile Production Line for the production of all types of metal suspended ceilings with different shape and ornament. The suspended ceiling tile production line consisting of the decoiler, straightener, feeder, roll forming machine, punching unit, cutting machine and the stacking unit. We provide the line for the production of T-grids, as well.

A Drop ceiling is a secondary ceiling, usually hung below the main ceiling in the buildings. It also called as a dropped ceiling, T-bar ceiling, false ceiling, suspended ceiling, grid ceiling, drop in ceiling, drop out ceiling or ceiling tiles globally. Drop ceiling is a very popular in the modern construction of business premises and houses.

In last years, the usage of metal ceiling tiles became popular due to its several advantages. The metal dropped ceiling tiles are stable and can be used for a long time. Any shape and ornament is achievable due to recent technologies.

The production of metal drop ceiling tiles includes several steps. The production start from the coil material, where the hydraulic decoiler in uncoiling the coil. The second item – straightener servo feeder feeds the material to the perforation line. In the perforation line the drop ceiling tile gets its final shape, according to customer requirement.

In the roll forming line the edges of the metal drop tiles are bent and the ready products are stacked in the stacking unit.

Main components

  1.Decoiler

  (1)Function: used to support the coil material and unwinding.

  (2)Main structure: frame, expansion components, main shaft, electric parts, etc.

  (3)Frame: It is made of carbon steel plate and square tube welded, and the series main shaft and two bearing seats are welded at one time to ensure that the main shaft is concentric.

  (4)Expansion components: expansion range diameter: Φ450mm~Φ530mm, maximum width 700mm, maximum outer diameter Φ1200mm, four arc-shaped plates and the main shaft are connected by square iron for sliding expansion.

  (5)Main shaft: It is processed by 45# round steel quenched and tempered and finished, loading capacity 5 tons.

2,Leveling machine

  (1)Function: Used to level the material.

  (2)Main structure: leveling roller, electric part, feeding and discharging support.

  (3)Leveling roller: 40Cr round steel is quenched and tempered and then processed with high frequency treatment. After two times of electroplating and cylindrical grinding, the surface is glossy and has no traces, and the hardness reaches HRC62 degrees or more. Four screws adjust the leveling rollers.

  (4)Feeding roller: It adopts a design of feeding in and out of each group. The material of the roller is 40Cr round steel after quenching and tempering, and it is processed with high frequency. After two times of electroplating and cylindrical grinding, the surface is glossy and has no trace, and the hardness reaches HRC62 degrees or more.

  (5)Feeding and discharging support: 3 electroplating rollers are used to support the material, and two sets of stopper wheels are used to stop the material, and the width of the stopper is 50mm-700mm.

 3,NC feeder

  (1)Function: used for fixed-length feeding.

  (2)Main structure: feeding rollers, electric parts, feeding and discharging support components.

  (3)Feeding roller: Two sets of four-axis feeding design are adopted. The material of the roller is 40Cr round steel after quenching and tempering, and then processed with high frequency. After two times of electroplating and cylindrical grinding, the surface is glossy and has no traces, and the hardness reaches HRC62 degrees or more. The upper roller is rubberized, and the lower roller is sandblasted.

  (4)Electric power: driven by servo motor, using pneumatic loosening feeding shaft.

  (5)Feeding and discharging support: 3 stainless steel rollers hold the material, two sets of stopper wheels stop the material, and the width of the stopper is 50-700.

4,Conveyor

(1)Function: It is used to transport the material to the designated location.

(2)Main structure: frame, belt, electric part, etc.

(3)Frame: It is formed by welding square tube, which is firm and stable.

(4)Belt: The belt is made of PV oil-resistant material, with two guide triangle ribs designed inside, and the belt surface has a pattern structure to prevent the material from slipping.

(5)Electric part: The power of the conveyor belt is directly driven by the RV reducer and the motor.
