What is Knocked Down Drywall / Hollow Metal Door Frame?

Knocked Down hollow metal drywall frame is used for interior applications and comes in 3 pieces (strike jamb, hinge jamb and head). The drywall door frame is designed to be installed after the stud wall has been built and drywall applied, as it wraps the wall.

The machine we design fully based on the features of the door frame. It can do the shearing bending and punching hole all fully autoamtcoic. When you use it, you just need to do the easy installation work. In the PLC, you can control the punching postion, and frame height, lenght and others. Terms of Payment: 30% of the total contract value paid by T/T as down payment, the rest 70% of the total contract value to be paid by T/T after inspection by buyer in seller’s factory while before delivery. 

 

Delivery: 60 days after receipt of advance payment

 

Service: we sent technician to your country to fix the machine.

 

The buyer should bear all the cost including: visa , Roundtrip ticket and suitable accommodation, also buyer should pay the salary 100USD/day.

 

Warranty: 12 months limited warranty

 

During warranty, parts are free but buyer pay for the shipping fee
