 4. Hydraulic Cutting System

The machine is equipped with a movable and adjustable knife holder, which ensures stable cutting and prevents three-dimensional deformation on both sides of the roofing panel. 

It adopts a hydraulic cutting system with high-strength Cr12 cutting blades

The cutting length tolerance can be controlled within ±1mm per 3 meters, ensuring high accuracy of finished panels. 

The fixed blade holder securely supports the cutting blade, improving cutting stability and extending service life. 

This system delivers clean and smooth cutting edges without damaging the surface coating or shape of the roofing panel.
