Description:1. The two rollers of the embossing machine are forged from solid 42CrMo alloy steel; they undergo heat treatment to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 53–58 and feature a chrome-plated finish.
2. Embossing roller dimensions: Φ450mm × 1700mm; suitable for processing plates with a thickness of 1.2mm–5mm. The engraved pattern depth on the female (concave) roller is 3.5mm, while the relief height on the male (convex) roller is 2.5mm. Pattern type: Willow leaf (customizable). Maximum material width: 1520mm; compatible with 1.2–5mm mild carbon steel. When embossing 5mm stainless steel plate, the pattern depth is approximately 0.8mm.
3. The drive system utilizes a standard 15kW motor paired with a high-quality standard gearbox. Operating speed: 0–15 meters/minute (adjustable).
4. The machine features an integral frame design with a welded base structure. The main frame body is a single-piece unit, and the side walls are constructed from solid, integral material.
5. Roller pressure is adjusted vertically via a screw mechanism. The system employs worm gear transmission with independent manual adjustment for each side; the manual pressure adjustment mechanism includes a reference scale for precise setting.
